Unfortunately, my stay at this resort was quite disappointing. The beachfront unit was meant to be a relaxing getaway, but the presence of non-guests using the facilities and smoking nearby really ruined the atmosphere. While the location was nice, the resort feels outdated and not worth the price in comparison to other options on the island. The staff's response to complaints also left much to be desired.

I had a mixed experience at this resort. The location is absolutely stunning, right on the best beach in Samui with beautiful gardens. My room was clean and comfortable, but some parts of the resort, including the pool and restaurant, could use improvement. Staying at Crystal Bay Yacht Club was truly delightful! The beautiful bay setting and family-friendly atmosphere made it an ideal retreat after a hectic travel schedule. Our bungalow was spacious, though a bit outdated and lacking in storage, which made living out of our suitcases a challenge. The on-site restaurant offered a great dining experience with friendly service, but it was pricier than local options just a short walk away. Overall, it provided excellent value for money, even with a few quirks.
